Today i used my phones to update twitter, to organise and plan my life using the calender and to do lists and applications.I also listened to some podcasts to which i am totally addicted.Blackberry messenger also got some useage and then i chatted to some of my friends via text message about their phones and choices of phones.I think its fair to say that i wont always recommend a blackberry to people as a phone is a significant commitment and one that you will probably have to live with for anywhere between 18 to 24 months.As a consequence i feel it is important to listen to your friends and decide what will suit them best NOT what will suit you best, r what you would prefer they had.

Also due to Andrews extended education i have some news regarding the site.Jmarkybb will be stepping up as editor and i know he is extremely enthusiastic about the task ahead.So firstly i would like to express my gratitude to Andrew for all his sterling efforts ( he is simply having  a siesta and will soon be back) and then i want to thank Mark for undertaking the task ahead

I did something crazy this weekend.  I went to the mall on Black Friday.  I know this is the norm for many people, but having worked in retail for many years, I avoid peak shopping hours like the plague! 

 I was recently diagnosed again with breast cancer.

It all began in 2001 and I went through the whole nine years to battle the little demon. 

In 2003 I had a remission and had to dust off my armor and get into battle again. Victory was mine, for a time at least, and new positive things came into my life. One of them was Twitter which had enabled me to reach out to others and spread the word of positive thinking. The other was BlackBerry.

 Let me first start by saying I’m not a fan of the iPhone. And it’s not that I’m a BlackBerry Addict due to my love loss for the iPhone. It’s that I have always equated the BlackBerry to “Business”. Before I owned my first BlackBerry, whenever I saw someone typing on one I wondered what their job was. And when I got my first BlackBerry, the 8700g, I felt as if I had to justify the purchase. Not for the price, but for what the device was. Buying a BlackBerry was like entering an exclusive club, and having to prove I knew the secret handshake to the powers that be. That I belonged.

It’s been a long time since I last wrote anything for BerryTastic, but when I finally got my hands on the new BlackBerry Bold 9700, I just had to tell you about it.

The BlackBerry Bold was probably my favourite of all BlackBerry devices when it dropped last year, and saw me travel a round trip of 250 miles to Edinburgh just to have one weeks before my local stores stocked it.

It’ll come as no surprise to you that, once again, I went on a mission to get my hands on the new Bold, this time going over 400 miles round trip to Birmingham. You know it has to be done.
